Carta de acuerdo con la División Griega

1. Propósito.

El propósito de esta Carta de Acuerdo es definir los procedimientos de coordinación que aplicarán nuestras dos divisiones cuando estén realizando servicios de Operaciones Especiales.

El contenido de este acuerdo es aprobado por los Departamentos de Operaciones Especiales de ambas divisiones, su aplicación será obligatoria cuando un usuario esté ofreciendo ATS en cualquiera de los puestos mencionados en este documento y cuando vuele como un Vuelo enmarcado dentro de las Operaciones Especiales.

2. Bases aéreas.

2.1. Bases Aéreas Griegas.

La división griega autoriza al uso de las siguientes bases¹:

3. Coordinaciones.

Algunos requisitos son necesarios para solicitar el uso de una Base Aérea:

Base aérea Griega:

Envíe un correo electrónico a: gr-soc@ivao.aero, gr-soac@ivao.aero con la siguiente información (en inglés):
VSOG / FREELANCE (si VSOG, número de miembros).
Base Aérea solicitada.
Días de uso.
Áreas restringidas o peligrosas (para fines de capacitación).
Otra Información (Solicitud ATC, Ruta, Solicitud aproximaciones SRA).

Base Aérea Española:

Envíe un correo electrónico a: es-specialops@ivao.aero con la siguiente información:
VSOG / FREELANCE (si VSOG, número de miembros).
Base Aérea solicitada.
Días de uso.
Áreas restringidas o peligrosas (para fines de capacitación).
Otra Información (Solicitud ATC, Ruta, Solicitud aproximaciones SRA).

Los vuelos de tránsito no necesitan enviar un correo electrónico (solo para solicitud de ATC con 2 días de anticipación).

La coordinación debe realizarse al menos 1 semana antes del despliegue/entrenamiento

Por acuerdo entre IVAO GR e IVAO ES, se pueden utilizar las siguientes áreas restringidas:
