Carta de acuerdo con la División Argentina
1. Propósito
El objeto de esta Carta de Acuerdo es definir los procedimientos de coordinación que aplicarán nuestras dos divisiones cuando estén realizando servicios de Operaciones Especiales.
El contenido de este acuerdo es aprobado por los Departamentos de Operaciones Especiales de ambas divisiones, su aplicación será obligatoria cuando un usuario esté ofreciendo ATS en cualquiera de los puestos mencionados en este documento y cuando vuele como un Vuelo enmarcado dentro de las Operaciones Especiales.

2. Procedimientos
Los tráficos de Operaciones Especiales y los tránsitos IFR al mismo nivel deben mantener una separación horizontal mínima de 10 nm.
Fuera de las Áreas Especiales, la velocidad máxima será de MACH 0.95 por encima de FL100 y 350KIAS por debajo de FL100 si no afecta el tráfico aéreo general.
Todos los vuelos SOG / "Freelances" (combatientes desarmados, transportes, helicópteros) pueden volar en procedimientos OAT.
Todos los SOG / "Freelances" pueden romper esas restricciones. En caso de que la operación se realice infringiendo las regulaciones del SO o alterando el GAT, el SOG/Freelance será el responsable de la operación.
Las áreas restringidas pueden ser cruzadas siempre y cuando los pilotos utilicen las rutas ATS establecidas en el AIP español/argentino.
Todos los pilotos de operaciones especiales son responsables de su separación frente al tránsito civil que circula por las rutas ATS.
3. Bases aéreas
3.1. Bases aéreas argentinas.
IVAO Argentina autoriza el uso de las siguientes bases aéreas para el despliegue1, entrenamiento, reabastecimiento de combustible y fines de emergencia.

IVAO España autoriza el uso de las siguientes bases aéreas para el despliegue1, reabastecimiento de combustible y emergencias.

4. Coordinaciones
Algunos requisitos son necesarios para solicitar el uso de una base aérea:
Bases aéreas argentinas:
- Envíe una solicitud a través de: ar-specialops@ivao.aero con la siguiente información:
o VSOG / FREELANCE (si VSOG, número de miembros).
o Base aérea.
o Días de uso.
o Áreas restringidas o peligrosas (para fines de capacitación).
o Otra información
La coordinación debe realizarse al menos 1 semana antes del despliegue/entrenamiento.
Los vuelos de tránsito no necesitan enviar un correo electrónico (solo para la solicitud de ATC con 2 días de anticipación).
Base aérea española:
- Envíe un correo electrónico a: es-specialops@ivao.aero con la siguiente información:
o VSOG / FREELANCE (si VSOG, número de miembros).
o Base aérea
o Días de uso
o Áreas restringidas o peligrosas (para fines de capacitación).
o Otra información (Solicitud ATC, Ruta, Solicitud de APP SRA).
La coordinación debe realizarse al menos 1 semana antes del despliegue/entrenamiento
